- The API evolves additively. Existing fields and endpoints are not removed
within a major version.
- Deprecated
/api/merchant/* and /api/ledger/* prefixes return Deprecation and
Sunset headers. The Sunset date is 2028-01-01; migrate to /v1.

- Webhook delivery listing moved to
GET /v1/webhook-deliveries (canonical).
The previous /v1/events delivery usage was reassigned to the Events vertical,
with a one-release alias for deliveries.
